How It Works

Our staff will arrive approximately 1.5 – 2 hours before the requested start of the event.

During this time our team will transform your backyard into an elegant dining set up.

All of our packages come with tables, chairs, linens, napkins, candles, dinnerware and utensils. Some of the packages come with additional décor – please refer to the catering packages page to see what each option entails.

Show time is 1.5 – 2 hours, after that time there will be a 30 minute clean up time.

Our team can assist with serving soft drinks to your guests as well as beers, champagne, wine and sake.

Boxes to go will be provided for your guests to take their remaining food home.

Our Policy

One chef cooks up to 23 people. After that we we are adding additional chef.(if more people are added to the original reservation we may not be able to add another chef due to other commitments)

Additional chef and waiter can be requested – depends on the availability.

In case of the rain, guests would need to provide a tent or covered patio in order for the event to take place as scheduled.

If guests request the party to be held indoors, please notice – for safety reasons fire will be kept to minimum.

Please let us know about any existing allergies in time of your booking.

Traveling fee will be applied if the event will take place further than 20 miles from our 90805 zip code.

Prices do not include 18% gratuity or 10.25% taxes.

30% non refundable Deposit is required to secure your spot.

The event must start at the scheduled time. We provide a 15 minutes grace period for you and your guests, after that we need to start the show. Every extra hour will be charged $50 per hour after the agreed time.

Our goal is to provide quality catering services to all our customers promptly. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 15 days in advance; the deposit is non-refundable.

If the event is canceled 3 days or less, the deposit is non-refundable, plus we will charge 50% of the whole total.

Consumption of raw or undercooked meat, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or egg may increase your risk of food-borne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
